FSN is a diverse network of contractors.

Our contractors and subcontractors work on short-term or long-term projects, including ongoing maintenance contracts. Some of our recent projects include data centers, commercial office spaces, refineries, hotels, hospitals, academic research facilities, colleges and universities, energy plants, landmark buildings, bridges, and water towers.

Our contractor vetting process focuses on three primary pillars designed to reduce risk:

  1. Structured Training: To maintain quality and safety standards, FSN subcontractors are required to have structured training and continuing education programs in place for all field personnel.
  2. W2 Employees: To maintain quality and compliance, all FSN subcontractor field personnel must be direct W2 employees rather than 1099 workers or third-party sub-tier contractors.
  3. OSHA: To ensure safety on the job, FSN subcontractors must assign supervisors and forepersons with OSHA 30 certification, while all other field personnel must hold active OSHA 10 certifications.

Bottom line – Reduce risk with good subcontractors
